Infographic: Web 2.0 Tools

Hi again, here we are with another post. This time, I'll give some infographics to you.

What is Infographic?

"An infographic is a collection of imagery, charts, and minimal text that gives an easy-to-understand overview of a topic." (Quoted from here)

Why Infographics?

It provides brief information about the topic even if we have no idea what it is. Using visuals, charts, it can convey the message to us by summarizing the key points no matter how complicated the information is. It can also be used to compare two or more facts, options. And it can be used to increase awareness about a concerned matter.

Thoughts

I, as a prospective teacher, will try to use this tool. I said try to because I had no fun doing it, really. It was kind of boring compared to other projects we completed. Despite all the advantages it has, still I did it because I was assigned to. No one expects us to like everything right!

My Infographic

In my infographics, I tried to show Web 2.0 tools and its uses in learning. The tools that are presented in the infographics are Kidblog, Storybird, Padlet and Edmodo(in seperate infographic), respectively. For this project, I have used canva as a creating tool.
